How to Book
Step 1: Choose Your Path
Signature Vocal Studio offers two ways to study, depending on your goals and schedule:
Weekly Commitment (Packages): Best for consistent vocal and musicianship development. These offer a discounted rate of $100–$108 per hour.
Casual Flexibility: Best for intermediate/advanced students or those needing a fortnightly/irregular schedule. These are booked at the casual rate of $120 per hour.
Step 2: Purchase & Subscribe
Select your preferred package from the booking menu. Packages operate on a weekly subscription model to ensure a consistent rhythm in our work together and your progress. There are no changes to the automatic payment schedules once booked.
Step 3: Secure Your Time Slot
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique scheduling link. Please book all your sessions immediately or email the studio to request specific times: emily@signaturevocalstudio.com. This ensures your preferred weekly time slot is reserved exclusively for you for the duration of your package. Requests are granted pending availability.
Studio Policies
Effective for all bookings from 1 July 2026.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a lesson.
Late Changes: Any changes made within the 24-hour window will result in the lesson fee or credit being forfeited.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled lesson is non-refundable and not eligible for a reschedule.
Package Expiry
Packages must be used within a specific timeframe:
10 Lesson Packages: Valid for 12 weeks from purchase.
5 Lesson Packages: Valid for 6 weeks from purchase.
Unused Lessons: Lessons remaining after the expiry period will be forfeited.
Discontinuation of Lessons
A package subscription reserves a permanent space in my schedule. If you need to stop lessons before your block is complete:
Notice: One week's written notice is required via email.
Wrap Up Session: We will hold one final session to conclude our current work. This is charged at your usual package rate. If the final session is unable to be attended, the lesson will still be charged in the automatic payment schedule.
Discontinuation Fee: A one off administrative fee, the equivalent of one lesson (at the value the student has purchased their lessons) will be applied at the time of cancellation to cover early termination costs.
Health & Safety
The studio's priority is a safe environment for all. If you are displaying symptoms of illness, please do not attend in person. Zoom lessons are always available as an alternative if requested prior to the start of the lesson time, with no change to the lesson fee.
